Not a twin, but I have a sister and can relate to the FaceTime phone calls. Our husbands will regularly come back from doing other things, running errands, etc. and say “You’re STILL talking to each other?!” And it’s not even about the talking. It’s just being on the phone together.
Love! I too am a twin, we went to college together and lived together after college. She didn’t text me when I went into labor, though we both couldn’t sleep when the other one was. Funnily enough we gave birth to our sons in the same hospital room (years and months apart.) I never call her my best friend (and we don’t hug!) but she is my external brain. Thanks for sharing this!
